Here at Winking Owl, we are convinced that you will be happy with your purchase, and we take every effort to ensure that the products are represented clearly and effectively.  

Please make sure that you are happy with the colours/designs that you plan to purchase, as we are currently unable to offer refunds on pre-cut fabrics, wadding and charm packs. If the paint has been opened we are unable to refund on paint or paint products. If you would like a little more clarification, or would like to speak to an adviser, please feel free to get in touch by email at winkingowl@outlook.com, providing a contact number, and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you send via a tracked service or obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once returned we will endeavor to process your refund in 2-5 days, and will refund your original payment method.  Please be aware that this can take a few days to show in your account

Please note items specially cut to order are not returnable.
